In the center of town
Bijou sits in the center of South Lake Tahoe near the park and the Y, and we have built new homes on its established streets.
This is a built-out part of town, so a new house usually goes up where an older one came down, and the existing coverage, setbacks, and aging utilities on the parcel set the terms. We work that out in feasibility so there are no surprises once the design is locked and the permit is in.
Our Bijou work is ground-up new construction, taken from lot to occupancy. We engineer to the local South Shore design conditions.
