Our densest neighborhood
Tahoe Paradise is the single neighborhood where we have built the most, a long run of ground-up custom homes across its winding streets.
The subdivision climbs the grade south of the lake along the Upper Truckee River, so the parcels are larger and more heavily wooded than the lots down at lake level, and the snow load conversation gets serious the moment you leave the basin floor. We engineer to the local design number rather than a generic mountain spec, because the ground snow load, the fire code, and the soils up here are specific to this side of the South Shore.
Most of these were new homes on raw or cleared lots, taken from feasibility through final inspection by one crew. That depth in one neighborhood means we already know how access, drainage, and snow shed behave on these streets. If you are weighing a lot in Tahoe Paradise, a short conversation about the specific parcel is usually worth more than any general advice about Meyers.
