Right at the state line
Stateline sits where California ends and Nevada begins, and our work here is lakefront demo-and-rebuild on some of the most regulated ground in the basin.
A lakefront rebuild on the Nevada shore answers to Douglas County, the state contractors board, and Tahoe's shorezone rules all at once, separate from the California agencies a few miles west. Holding both licenses, CA #775228 and NV #77135, is what lets one builder and one crew carry the job without handing off at the line or learning a second set of names halfway through.
On a lakefront lot the foundation and the shorezone setbacks do the hard work, so we read the coverage and the geotech before a floor plan is drawn. We take the old house down and rebuild on the footprint the lot allows.
