At the gateway
Meyers sits at the south end of the basin where Highway 50 climbs toward Echo Summit, and we have built across it for years, including a rebuild in the Angora burn area.
The forest is close here and the snow is deep, so defensible space and snow load are front-of-mind on every parcel. We build fire-resistant assemblies, hardened decks, and ember-resistant detailing in at framing rather than adding them on at the end, and we engineer the roof and structure to the local design number.
Our Meyers work is ground-up new construction, including a home rebuilt after wildfire. Whether you are starting on a raw lot or rebuilding what was lost, we carry the project from feasibility through final inspection.
