Across the state line
Zephyr Cove puts us on the Nevada side of the lake, where we have built a cluster of new homes in the Elk Point area.
The Nevada shore runs its own permitting and design review through Douglas County and the state board, separate from the California agencies a few miles west. Holding both licenses, CA #775228 and NV #77135, is what lets one builder and one crew carry a project here without handing off at the state line or learning a second set of names halfway through.
These were ground-up custom homes, engineered to the local snow and soil conditions on the East Shore and run start to finish by the same team. If your lot sits on the Nevada side, we can tell you what we have learned about building there before you commit.
