On the West Shore
Tahoma is where we build on the West Shore, a stretch of some of our most recent finished homes away from the South Shore bustle.
The West Shore is quieter and more wooded than the South Shore, with its own access, drainage, and snow conditions, and the permitting runs through El Dorado County. We engineer each house to the conditions on the lot rather than a generic mountain spec, and we hold the budget from the raw lot through final inspection.
This is also where one of our current homes is offered for sale, so you can see the standard of work finished and on the market rather than only in photographs. Whether you are buying a completed home or building your own, we carry the project from the first site walk to the certificate of occupancy.
