Tahoe Island sits on the west side of town near the Upper Truckee Marsh, and we have built several finished homes across the neighborhood.

These are flatter lake-level lots close to the meadow, so the water table, the stream environment zone, and BMP drainage requirements shape what you can build and where the house can sit. We run that math early, because a parcel that looks simple on a map can carry only a few hundred square feet of new coverage once the existing impervious surface and the protected zones are counted.

Our work here is ground-up new construction, including some of our more recent finished homes, each taken from feasibility through occupancy.
