Al Tahoe is one of the older established neighborhoods near the center of South Lake Tahoe, and we have built new homes on its lots close to the water.

Because the neighborhood is built out, most new work means replacing an aging house on an existing lot, so coverage, setbacks, and the older utilities on the parcel shape the plan from the start. We read that math in feasibility and put real numbers on it before the design is set, which keeps the budget you sign close to the budget you build.

These were ground-up custom homes carried from the raw lot through final inspection.
