Gardner Mountain sits on the west side of South Lake Tahoe near the Upper Truckee Marsh, and we have built finished new homes across the neighborhood.

The streets here run between the meadow and the rise of Tahoe Mountain, so lots vary from flat lake-level parcels near the marsh to higher ground with more slope. Each one gets its own read on coverage, drainage, and the protected stream zone before the house is sited, because the conditions change block to block.

Our Gardner Mountain work is ground-up new construction carried from feasibility through occupancy.
