The Pioneer Trail corridor runs the back way between South Lake Tahoe and Meyers, and we have built new homes on its quiet wooded streets.

Lots off Pioneer Trail tend to be larger and more heavily treed than the lots down by the lake, which puts defensible space, access, and snow shed near the top of the planning list. We engineer each house to the conditions on the actual parcel and build fire-resistant assemblies in at framing rather than adding them on at the end.

These were ground-up custom homes, run from feasibility through final inspection. Repeat work along this corridor means we already know how its access and drainage behave before the first cut.
