We recently decided to undertake the huge task of building a house here in South Lake Tahoe. We live in the area and know all the trades people and thought it can’t be that hard to act as owner builder. We quickly realized that we are very good at what we do and not very good at building houses. We were introduced to Garrick and Scott (the G&S in G&S construction) and immediately realized that we would be tripping over dollars to pick up pennies and that these two young professionals are very good at what they do. We have been impressed with their punctuality, scheduling, follow through and quality of craftsmanship. We recommend them wholeheartedly, without reservation.
